Life Education

Life Education comprises of PHSEE, Citizenship, Work Related Learning, Careers Education and Guidance and Enterprise Education.

Life Education is a statutory subject at Middleton Technology School and is taught once per week for 50 minutes in years 7,8,9 & 11.
and once every two weeks in year 10.

Life Education is underpinned by the UN Convention on the rights for the child Every Child Matters Agenda, and the Healthy Schools initiative.

Education should develop each child's personality and talents to the full. It should encourage children to respect their parents, and their own and other cultures.
